There’s messages for each cycle phase you’re in. One for during your menstrual cycle, the phase before you ovulate, during ovulation, and then what to do between your ovulation and BFP/BFN. I’m going to put the link below if anyone is interested.

It’s suppose to increase blood flow to the uterus, make sure your uterus and ovaries are in the correct position (as they do move freely in your lower abdomen) even correct a tilted uterus (which I have).
