Clear blue ovulation test not working?? Or???

So this is the first month I am using ovulation tests. My periods are always regular. I have never missed one, and they have never been more than a couple of days late.

So I noticed last night that I had clear stretchy CM, and my cervix is low.

I read online that means I'm about to ovulate, so I went and bought the clearblue ovulation tests today to see if I am.

It came out that I was not. Not even a flashing smiley face 🙁

I'm so confused.
