Dizziness - could I have conceived?
My husband and I are trying to get pregnant, and I ovulated approximately 1 week ago. For the last 2-3 hours, I have been incredibly dizzy and the room has been spinning. No fever, not on any medications, blood sugar normal. This has never happened to me before. I’m sure it could be a fluke thing, and might be wishful thinking, but has anyone else had this happen before before their missed period?
