Bicornuate Uterus(heart shaped) Can anyone relate?

Question

So I was told about a week and a half ago that I was miscarrying.. I still have not passed the baby so I go in tomorrow for a d&c...; my doctor called yesterday to tell me that when they did ultrasounds they found that my uterus is heart shaped, meaning I am more prone to miscarriages and things like that. I’m just wondering if anyone else has this issue? I’m super upset and would like it If I had someone to relate to.

I was diagnosed with a BU when I was 15 and was told my chances of having a full term pregnancy was slim. I had my first child 3 years ago with no complications besides having to take progesterone shots for 10 weeks to prevent him from coming too early. I also had to have a c-section bc he was breech, which is expected with a BU. I recently had a MC 3 months ago, but my Dr. said it wasn’t linked to my BU. Stay hopeful!

4 years ago, right b4 I misscarried, I was told the same thing. started ttc in November. had an ultrasound done on kidneys, liver and uterus. 2 very destinct uteruses but only one cervix. it is a very difficult thing to here. my Dr told my I was most likely going to misscarried again but that with each pregnancy it will stretch until I can carry to term. I'm hoping this won't happen but only time will tell. I would have testing done to have the degree of split checked. you may still only have one. I was also told that it is common to only have 1 kidney. thankfully I do have 2.  you are not alone. 💖  prayers and baby dust.
