I’m in a wedding at the end of the month. I’ll be 37 weeks pregnant. I ordered the dress two sizes bigger than the size that fit at the time. A few weeks ago I tried the dress on and it fit okay. It’s empire waist, so that helps!

Today I went to get alterations (length and ask if it can be taken out just in case I get bigger). The lady was SO rude. I almost cried. The dress won’t zip all the way, her comment “so this dress must have fit at some point huh?” Ummmm no witch I had to guess the size because I was NOT this prego when I ordered it. She made a couple other comments about my weight. I was heartbroken.

I have tried to stay very positive about my weight gain. We had a late term miscarriage last year and I feel so blessed to be pregnant. But I got home and just sobbed in my husband’s arms. I’m so thankful to be pregnant, but this weight gain sucks!
