This is my first pregnancy after months of being on Clomid. I went in for my ultrasound to find the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I was prescribed Misoprostol orally. I took the first dose and 4 hours later started bleeding. Passed a ton of clots large and small and tissue material. Its now about 30 hours later and I am only barely spotting. I am still taking the medication orally as prescribed. Is it possible that I have already passed everything or should I maybe take my next dose vaginally?! Just don't want to end up with a D&C.; Thanks for any advice.
