Which name for our son?

I like the spelling more of Vicenzo, but I find myself continuously pronouncing it as if it's Vincenzo!

Realistically I can’t pronounce either and I just hope you have a nickname picked out for your kid to spell on papers in kindergarten.

I naturally said it in my head with the first n sound, even when I looked at the one without it.  I had to look closely to see what the spelling difference was.  I am however familiar with the name, so someone who isn't may not add the n when pronouncing it spelled without the physical letter
