Implantation bleeding?

When you experienced implantation bleeding - what were your other symptoms?

I cramped the same type of cramps I get just before my period starts. Not the full on one's but the"prepare yourself AF is coming" ones. Then light bleeding that lasted less than a day and probably wouldn't have filled an ultra light pad.

Cramping, exhaustion, peeing constantly, slight nausea.
