Long period so over it

So I’m currently on day 14 of aunt Flo like wth just go away already normally 5-7 day and that’s it but whole time have been very light flo hardly any cramps or other normal period symptoms other than being tired as hell. Was worried and called my gynos office the other day and spoke to a nurse they seemed to not be concerned unless it kept going.

Any ideas what’s going on with me? Stress,body change idk
