Hurt my baby 😭

Omg I hate myself I was cutting my 2 week olds nails and clipped her skin 😭😩 her little finger was bleeding and she was crying I feel like the worst mom in the world now I hate myself it stopped bleeding and she’s not crying anymore but now I’m just scared what should I do??
