Idk if this goes here for a question..
But has anyone used some sort of brace to help with posture while working out to get the extra support they need until they gain their strength back? my back is all messed up and I find myself hunching over all the time which is obviously due to weak abs and back but I'm not there yet strength wise and would love some extra support till I get there but idk if I should try a brace or something or if anyone knows a good brand or style..
