Weird feeling in Ovary plus temp dip

This is the first time I’ve had a dip below coverline during LP, I’ve had a constant twinging feeling in my left ovary since about 3DPO. It comes and goes throughout the day but never painful. I can just feel a pulling/pressure there. logged as cramps although feels more like O pain...

I don’t want to get my hopes up and I’m all too eager to symptom spot but this is v different to every other cycle. TTC for 7 months now. Could this be implantation? Has anyone else had this and got a BFP? I have no other symptoms.
