I am recovering from orthorexia a form of an eating disorder that started by becoming obsessed with gym, portion control, drinking water and snacking all day,"clean eating " then restriction. Any idea on how to hold a stable weight besides eating lol so I stop to yoing between 130 and 140. I am eating a well and I do restorative yoga 3 times a week to relax. I try my best to eat balanced meal as often as I can. I'm afraid of gaining after losing over 80 pounds the right way.
