My nipples usually have little pimples on them anyways but I am pregnant now and noticed them more but that might be because they are getting larger and more prominent xx

They aren’t pimples 😂 they are Montgomery glands they help lube the areola. I had them all the time not just when I got pregnant

You can’t see in that photo the best but they are everywhere I’m due for period today nothing and nipples have been itchy.. had a positive HPT but negative blood test dr said maybe give it another week or 2 so now I’m confused??
