Frequently urinating, some spots on hair line, but that’s about it. I didn’t think I was pregnant at all, sadly lost it a week later xx

With my first I had slight nausea, cramping, sore nipples backache and diarrhoea. But a lot of my symptoms didn’t start until the 2nd week of my TWW.

I've just asked the same question! I'm having some 'symptoms' but I never know what is actually a symptom and what is me imagining it. I'm 4 days late now and I'm testing tomorrow, every day I'm expecting my period to show and it's not happening. I don't want to get my hopes up but I've been late before :(
