I’ve always been scared of fingering myself since i thought that once i put my fingers in my vagina, i would possibly pop my cherry. Now, im confused if i wanna try it or not since im a virgin

Most people do not view masturbation as sex, and still consider themselves virgins when they do masturbate. "Popping your cherry" is not the same thing as losing your virginity. That term refers to the hymen breaking. This can happen with vigorous activity like horseback riding or sports, or even by putting a tampon in. It might have already broken without you knowing it. It is healthy to get familiar with your body, and masturbation is a good way to learn what you do and don't like. Just do whatever feels good. If it hurts or feels uncomfortable, try something else!

Your hymen can tear slowly over time from other physical activities. By the time I had sex for the first time, I had no tearing or bleeding. This should not prevent you from self exploration.
