Does this e-mail sound alright?

English is not my first language and I’ve placed two orders online that cost me over €650 all together. I plan on sending the mail tomorrow if they still don’t ship my parcels. They stated that they aim to ship orders within 5-7 days and they usually do it in time. Well it’s been over 7 days, I want my money back. Does it sound alright or should I change anything? Regarding the two orders I placed on the 27th of March, ID157283 and ID157284 I would like to cancel them. This is because you have failed to ship the parcels within 5-7 days as you stated and it has been over 7 days since I placed my orders, taking into consideration Good Friday and Easter Monday also. I would like a full refund for both of the orders because as a consumer, it is not my fault or responsibility that you as a company have failed to keep your promise.
