Hello!
Just got my BFP yesterday. Went to the doc today since I was having pelvic pain and so they can do the blood hcg. They couldn’t see anything on the ultrasound... not even the gestational sac. Repeating bloodwork Monday as well. Should I be freaking out?? I haven’t had any bleeding or anything.
