Help! What sorta discharge is this?

Iam currently around 4W pregnant. Today I found this sort of  spotting. I did go through a misscarriage last year and did see something similar (empty Sac)

I had that same thing, a random speck of blood. Mine was a bit bigger, but very small. I told the doctor, he said it should be fine, to keep an eye on it. It never happened again & I have a healthy 6 month old son
