This is a lot of crap most couples don’t need for a lot of money. If your partner’s sperm count is ok, you definitely don’t need any of the men’s products. You can get an easy to use, affordable home test kit at yospermtest.com. We tried it, it was recommended by the fertility specialists in my area, it is only $60.
You are also much better off if you just read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and pick up a$7 BBT thermometer at Target. You can get the book at your local library or order it new or used online. If there is any fertility issue, you will be clued in after charting a couple cycles. Or you might a BFP and save yourself a lot of money. Over $500 for this kit, or $67-$85 for the home sperm test, a thermometer, and a book. I read the book, used the $7 BBT thermometer, and chatted carefully. I got my BFP in just two cycles.
I am having an early miscarriage now unfortunately, but the charting worked. I had no questions that I couldn’t answer myself by referencing the book, I knew when I was fertile, when my peak day was, when I ovulated, when I had implantation bleeding. I knew I was most likely pregnant before I got BFPs, and I knew that I was probably going to miscarry very early on before I got my blood tests. I’m hoping to be able to get pregnant again right away, and I absolutely know that using charting and the info in this book is how I can give myself the very best chance.
Please don’t buy all this other stuff before you do your own home sperm test and chart for awhile to see if you actually need it.
