Ugh I hate these.. help?!

So hard to figure out O day! Using OPKs 2-3x a day! CD17/18 now and my Easy @ Home app says I’m 3DPO but glow says I was supposed to O yesterday and another app said yesterday. Any of these stupid things look positive?

Cervix yesterday was Soft, High, Open and wet.

Today it’s High, Medium open, slightly firmer and still a little moist.

So lost! Stupid PCOS!
