Any time I am having a complication and call my ob they tell me to drink water. No matter the problem. I had really high blood pressure for a few days and called and they told me to drink water. I've been having heavy cramping and called and they told me to drink water. Is this normal? Or is it odd like I'm thinking?

I've also mentioned that I've have a previous miscarriage and that's why I'm concerned about my cramping yet they keep saying water.
