Okay, my son is 3, going to be 4 in September. He’s going through the worse attitude phase.

Just today got a call from his aunt who works at his school. He’s refusing nap today, telling them no, and playing in the restroom. When told they would take him to the lady in charge, he just laughed at them. All he would do was laugh at them. We’ve tried multiple things. Spanking, taking favorite things away, missing out on fun activities, time outs. Nothing seems to be helping. I feel like a failure as a parent. I never wanted my child to be that one. I don’t like constantly spanking and yelling at him. I just wanted him to be raised differently from how I was. He’s very strong willed, idk what to do anymore.

Any advise?!
