Trigger shot help

I took my trigger shot last night around 10pm my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> is scheduled for tomorrow I just took a ovulation test just because I didn’t think it would turn positive just yet but it did... should I call my doctor or is this normal and did I miss ovulation by doing my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> tomorrow
