im starting Letrozole. (3-7 D)for the first time....i want a baby so bad....im pcos and beeing trying naturally for 1 year and nothing.....im stress.....any second effect? ive been told a lot of miscarriages.....when should i ovulate? day 14? thx girls...good luck to all of u....crazy how women have to go throught.
