Ok so I took a test this morning first thing when I woke up

then my 2 4yo's woke up so I went and made their breakfast, let them go potty, etc. By the time I was done I remembered the test so I checked it and it looked like it does in the picture. Now I've heard of evap lines I know what they are but I've never had one before. I've taken all kinds of tests I've even left some out for a few hours to see if an evap line would appear and I've never gotten one. So basically I'm 5 days late and I have what may or may not be an evap line and I'm not sure what to do now.
