I don’t think this topic has been posted in here 🤔 I haven’t seen it. But anyways, I think about a week ago there was news of a young African American man who applied and got accepted with a full ride into 20 universities. I would think that’s something to applaud, but I saw a clip of a FOX news segment where they’re bashing the man! They say it’s obnoxious and ridiculous for him to apply to that many schools, and by him doing that he was taking spots away from other hard working students 🤨. Um im not seeing the logic in that because once he turns down a school they will go to the wait list and pick the next student right?? They also said by him doing that he cause sadness to other students who received the letter saying they weren’t accepted because of him 🤦🏻‍♀️. Well I was watching this in disbelief because I just can’t see where he did wrong so I guess my question for CC is, are they right? Was he really ridiculous for applying to that many schools? Or are they just a bunch of Bitter Becky’s picking at nothing like I think they are??
