What do drs say when you go with fertility issues?

I’m not sure if this depends on where you are (I’m in the UK so it’d be the NHS), but I was wondering what stage one is when you go to the drs with fertility issues?

I had a miscarriage 6 months ago, and a chemical pregnancy 3 months ago. We’ve been doing everything we can: ovulation tracking with £££ clearblue tests, LOADS of sex etc.

I’m going to go to the drs to see if there’s anything they can do to help (we’ve been TTC since August). I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what their dr has done in this case? I know clomid is prescribed to bring on ovulation, but according to clearblue I regularly ovulate on day 14, so I’m not sure if that would be what I’d be prescribed. Or do they just put you on the list for IVF??
