Missed periods...HELP!!??

So my doctors appointment is coming up soon but I need help easing my mind so here goes...

I completely skipped a period in January. Got a 2 day extremely heavy period in February. So heavy I had to change tampon every 2 hours! Now March has passed and no period. My next one is due in 2 days!! I’m so confused!

I’ve been feeling nausea especially at the smell of unpleasant things specifically food smells. I’ve been really tired for no reason and I just FEEL pregnant sometimes.

At this point I think itsall in my head I took 3 preg test all BFN... so my question is did anyone experience this and end up pregnant? Is it something else?
