Clomid question girls...does it give false positive opks?? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔💫💫💫💫

Ladies today starts my clomid journey... My GYN started me on 50mgs cycle days 5-9 I took one this morning all seems the same so far no side effects.anyway my question is I'm hearing a lot of things about clomid giving false positive opks HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN ITS REAL??? The thing is I'm pretty sure I do ovulate on my own it's just my GYN wanted to give me an extra boost his cycle so at that I started testing today cycle day 5 like I always do right after my period is ended but now on clomid what if I get a postive soon is it not real? I'm so lost.
