nexplanon and weight

I have a question any girls out there using nexplanon did u all loose weight by exercising and eating healthy?or just ur body started shrinking? ..really need advice on that I'm struggling with it with weight gain ..since I got it till now I've gained about 25 pounds but was stable at 178 179 for 3 months while going to the gym...people would tell me some body parts would look slimmer but never thought it was true..so I stopped wrong out for reasons no oone could take car my kids so I gained 10 pounds idk way to do ..plz any advice would be awesome ..want to loose weight or look thinner for November
