This Period Is Different

I havent had a period sense January, which is normal for me. no im not pregnant. Today I started bleeding, but only a little bit. I believe im just spotting. I have cramps but unlike my other periods im not as moody as normal. im calm. And top that off not even seconds after lunch I left sick to my stomach, and now that the feeling is gone im shaking and my insides are shaky as well, is this normal?
