Since 15/2 until 4/4 , i took my pill without break weeks. Haven’t had sex for 12 days now. I’ve been having breakthrough bleeding with tons of lining blood ( sorry tmi) for almost 4 days now. So I decided to take my break week starting 5/4. I’m thinking of taking only 5 days of breaks though, hoping it will stop the breakthrough bleeding or the period. Is this possible?

And once 5 days of break is done, will I be protected right away on my new pack or do I need to use extra protection for 7 days?

Do you have any ways to make it go, the bleeding?
