At what temperature for fever should we take kids to see a doctor? My son is 15 months today... Has a fever of 99.4-100.4-101.3-100.6.. it’s going up and down..

Last time he had a fever (a year ago) & we thought it was from his 4 month shots but it didn’t go away after 24 hours so we took him to the hospital. (Yes I know it’s the body’s way of fighting whatever it may be... but his aunt and uncle are in the medical field so we did what they recommended)

And it was a good thing we went because it was an infection..

I’m obviously not taking him in right now cause it barley started.. but was just wondering what the temp is to usually take them in?...

He was eating fine most of the day but now he’s throwing up and won’t eat or drink water now 😒 Just wanna know if I should be prepared to go.
