BBT?! 🤨🧐
Okay I’m trying to figure out what BBT is and how to know what exactly and how to track all that!! Anybody mind explaining? My period is ver irregular since I got off birth control pills.. 😭 how do I know when I’m ovulating!! Period can go anywhere from 28 days to 52 days sometimes 64 days.. longest was 71 days!
I’m now on day 43 since the first day of my last period.
Anybody know how to regulate my period?! 😩 been off the pill since October..
