If it’s not a common occurrence  then no it’s not going to do anything to your health. I consider myself very healthy but the other  night when I️ was drunk i ate an entire pizza by myself! Other than feeling a little sick by the next morning I️ felt fine and went back to healthy and clean eating! Every once in awhile it’s totally okay to completely indulge as long as it doesn’t become a frequent habit and you maintain a healthy diet otherwise.  If this keeps happening you might have a binge eating disorder and should consult your doctor. Maybe replace regular tubs of ice cream with halo top ice cream also! A whole pint is only like 150 calories or around there so not too bad but either way if you feel you might have a binge eating disorder I recommend speaking to your doctor.
