How long after mc did you ttc

I just miscarried this week at 10 weeks 💔 we were trying for about 6 months and it was devastating. We are anxious to try again but I don’t want to cause unnecessary risks. How long is good to start trying again? I’ve seen women not even wait for a new cycle and get preggo and it be successful.
