Stress Test?

I’m 32 weeks and 4 days, my doctor hasn’t mentioned a stress test but the ultrasound tech asked me today if one was scheduled. That concerned me because I have not had any medical issues. What would be the reason for a stress test?

lake of movement , high bp , it low fluids

I get them weekly cause I’m on meds for high blood pressure. Unless there’s something going on, I don’t think you get them at all.

I hd them for gestational diabetes.  But my sister had a normal pregnancy and never had one.

I was told unless you have complications you don't get them.

I haven’t had one this pregnancy but i has a ton at the end of my last pregnancy. I had slightly high BP and she was IUGR and that’s why.

I'll be getting them twice a week starting 36weeks because of GD
