The partner I’m with didn’t even finish high school and is doing really well. I finished much higher and don’t think that should really matter . I love him for who he is and fell in love with that .

My man didn't finish HS but I did. Doesn't mean I'm any better. He's WAYYYY smarter then me, and has a great job. I don't even need to work. We're fine. It's just some people choose not to make anything out of their lives.

My husband has a masters and I have a HS diploma with some college classes. When we met, we were both in college. So should he have divorced me when I dropped out to have our oldest son or when he decided to go back for his masters?

I did! My husband is military so he hasn’t gone to college yet. He starts this fall when he gets out of the marine corps 😊 now if he didn’t have any educational plans and goals, then no, I probably wouldn’t. That’s one of the reasons I didn’t marry my high school sweetheart. I need to be with someone who is educated and has those types of goals for themselves.

My mil is a drop out and works for the school district as the head custodian for the entire district making damn good money single mom of 2 kids 
I have a hs dip and my husband is also a drop out doing good at forklift driving 
My dad is also a drop out didnt even go to hs he worked as a railroad engineer making 200,000 a year he did that his entire life and retired from it
