hi guys i have generalized anxiety disorder and have anxiety attacks at least once a day sometimes 2+. it goes up and down constantly but i’m in a really bad week or two where every little thing sets it off. i’m in therapy so i’ve learned some methods but the only one i’ve found that works for me is picking a color and counting things around me that are that color for ex. i picked red today and just walked around the house counting red things it helps distract but sometimes it doesn’t work. what are some methods that work for those of you with anxiety?
