Does anyone have experience or recommendations for non-hormone forms of birth control? I’m looking for a barrier method other than condoms.

I’m looking for advise on diaphragms, caps, or anything else. There seems to be a lack of discussion and information for us ladies who can’t take hormones! I am hoping to try a Caya diaphragm soon.

For heath reasons, I cannot take estrogen, and have had severe physical and emotional side effects from progestin (mini pill and implant). Naturally painful periods also make the copper IUD unappealing.
