Does anyone else get a migraine once a month?

I had one yesterday and it always happens once a month usually when I’m ovulating....is this normal?

Always when I’m ovulating and the day before the period
Hang in there! I use Advil and drink caffeine like cola with it to expedite its effects, there are migraine meds that have it in already 
I always find if I drink as much water as possible, avoid fast food and eat chocolate I feel better (the choc is more for me haha!)

I get them once a week and lighter headaches more than that. :(
