Positive yesterday today negative

hi I took about 4 yesterday afternoon with a long hold of about 5 hours they were all positive. now taken some with fmu and all negative. I have had 2 miscarages this year already. But I'm not bleeding or have no pain apart from a few cramps and ideas ??
