is someone having sex with another person while that other person is blacked out under the influence of alcohol considered rape?

just recently, well tonight actually i’ve found out that this boy had sex with me while i was at his house back in January and completely wasted.

i woke up that next morning fully clothed so i wasn’t worried but i also did arrive home with no underwear on so i was suspicious of what happened but never thought to ask... and now this boy is actually scaring me because he’s threatening to tell people things that aren’t true.. any suggestions on what to do would be great
