please help

so I'm now 11dpo and my cervix feels soft and slightly high and closed. not much cm though? whereas last cycle there was heaps.. hopefully that's a good sign.. my nipples are what were my first indication last pregnancy.. they were so sore and tingly and had veins going around them.. which is kinda what I have now. but I'm scared to test because I've gotten my hopes up before with symptoms like this.
