Okay so the 3rd of April I had a flashing smiley face (High fertility) and April 4th I had a smiley face that was solid ( PEAK) yesterday I felt as if there were cramps and my bbt dipped the day I ovulated then the 5th it went up and today it dipped again what’s that mean I’m so confused?

Not ovulating no more I am 2 dpo as I ovulated the 4th and 5th I’m now eating pineapple to help my uterus lining thicken to help with implantation

it means ur still in ovulation mode...so keep having sex until u see ur line spike higher....once u are done with ovulation ur spike should higher than the temp u had while on ur period
