Tylenol?

I'm 5 weeks and I had some cramping this morning (came in waves). Has anyone taken tylenol during their first trimester? I've M/C in the past so I guess I'm super cautious about everything ☹

Yes I had a really bad sinus infection a week ago and I was taking Tylenol and I had to be put on antibiotics because it was so bad.

Tylenol is completely safe in normal doses.  I just can't take it because I'm allergic, so ice packs is all I get to use for pain relief!

Yep I’ve always taken it first trimester, currently and when I was pregnant with my daughter.

Yes. I’m 5 weeks as well and I have been cramping. It sucks! But my doctor actually prescribed me Tylenol and said it’s safe to take my entire pregnancy. Also said the cramping was normal.
