9 years since the birth of my only daughter when I was 23 (was on my second one). My cycles returned quickly and have been 28 days on the dot since January after having my Mirena IUD out. I had it out because I felt like my mood swings were out of control, among other things (I also had very light to no bleeding the entire time I had my Mirena for 9 years (was on my second one) and no longer wanted to use any sort of hormonal bc and wanted to go a more natural route. My husband & I have been married 10 yrs and are not actively TTC, but have said if it happens it's meant to be and have only been using FAM & Condoms, we did not use protection a total of 4 days in March when I thought my infertile days were (2 days were during my last period on the lighter days the first wk of March on the 3rd & 5th, and the other 2 were just last Fri & Sat the 30th & 31st, as I expected AF to be coming and sometimes that jumpstarts things but it didn't. I was pretty sure I ovulated around the 17th-19th, as I had EWCM, however I have noticed a bit more lubricative CM on and off the week following that, so now I am wondering if maybe I ovulated later than I thought. We did have sex on 3/17 when I was ovulating however we used a Condom which I don't believe was faulty in any way. I have been feeling really bloated especially in my lower abdomen for about a week and also having occasional cramps, but they are not as intense as period cramps...they come and go and only last a few seconds. I normally get headaches right before my period and more intense cramps, really sore nipples/boobs, acne, etc but this month have had none of that this month (with the exception on slightly sore boobs). Took a blue dye test on 4/1, not using FMU negative. Waited a few days....took another (pink dye) on 4/4 which was also negative. Still no AF so I retested this morning with FMU and don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me or not but one minute it looks negative to me the next I think I see a VVFL. With my daughter, I remember feeling like I just "knew" I was pregnant, but was getting multiple negatives at first (prob was testing too early as it was my first and had no idea what I was doing!) until one day I used FMU and was BFP-I was about 5 or 6 weeks along I think. I was thinking about calling to see if I can get a blood test because it's killing me that I feel like something isn't right and I might be pregnant, but the tests keep saying negative....I just want to know for sure but feel like my MD might not take me seriously if I ask for a blood test if HPT keeps saying negative. What do you guys think? Does this one definitely look negative too? Should I just wait and retest in a few days or get a blood test now?
