Adding calories in 2nd trimester?
I am 16 weeks pregnant and am curious as to whether I’m eating enough. I’m exhausted all the time despite sleeping 10 hours a night.
I’ve always tracked my food via an app on my phone, so I’ve strategically added some calories on for second trimester.
I’m 5’1 & 130lbs, eating 1600 calories a day right now (47g fat, 180g carbs, 105g protein). I’m also working out (lifting + cardio) 4x a week.
Can anyone share their experience with me? This is sort of a “hobby” of mine that keeps me accountable and on track!
