Is tuna safe?

Can anyone tell me if tuna salad is safe?? I’m 8 weeks now, and was going to order a sandwich from Jimmy Johns but keep reading conflicting things. I haven’t eaten it yet in my whole pregnancy. Thanks!

Tuna and seafood and fish are OK just in moderation if you’re going to have tuna I would recommend no more than three cans of tuna in a week. Everything in moderation especially moderation.

I ate tuna my whole pregnancy. About 2 tins a week is fine. I followed NHS guidelines :)
